Large in size, with a body length of 50–75 mm (to the wing tips). The body is brown or green. The top of the head, both sides of the pronotum, and the folded areas of the forewings are yellowish-brown. The head is short and broadly rounded, with oval, brown compound eyes located on both sides of the antennae. The antennae are linear, slender, and brown, with some segments bearing dark brownish-black spots; composed of many segments, they extend beyond the tip of the wings. In front of the antennal sockets, there is an arched ridge.
